Everyday is a struggle. I become overwhelmed at the smallest things. I feel as though I am never going to catch up to life. I don't know who I am anymore or why I am here. I am exhausted, I am in pain, I am uncomfortable, I cannot sleep, I am always sick. Even giving my son a bath is too much, I am not able to be fully present with my family. My body is failing. I don't know where to start or what to do. I want to live as wholly and naturally as possible, but I just don't know how to get there.
Does this sound familiar?
Does getting started on changing your life feel like another task on the list of overwhelm?
This program will provide for you a guide to gentle and easy ways to begin healing. You will learn about how your body and nervous system process stress. You will learn ways to help your body begin to return to a healing state, not a survival one. You will have a network of others who are just like you and going through the same things.
Healing must happen on a physical, mental, and chemical level. After 20 years in the health and wellness industry; I have realized that there is no destination to healing. We must find within ourselves the path of that healing.
The best part is that there is no timeline. This program is set up to help you ease in and lean into change.
The information is there, the practices are there, but you can take them in your own time.

I'm Allison Scholes, a chiropractor, craniosacral therapist, and wellness guide. After over 20 years of working with the human body in both the fitness and healthcare world I realized one thing. Our stress is ruining our lives physically, emotionally, chemically and spiritually. To make things worse, we live in a society that does not give us permission to be imperfect; to take time to truly heal and be the best version of ourselves. Instead we are taught to cover it up, suck it up, and move on....and this is literally killing our relationships, our bodies, and our mental health.
After succumbing to the effects of that stress myself, I crawled my way out and have learned so much. I realized that my higher purpose is to share this wisdom with other women who are in need of true healing. Mind. Body. Spirit.
